Major Maintenance Servicing
	Major service includes grease and oil change plus precision diagnostic tune-up and safety inspection, and report on your car’s overall mechanical condition.
New vehicle log book servicing
	We can Service Your New Car As your local Repco Authorised Service we can service your new car. We can carry out car maker's scheduled services and stamp your service book. Your new car warranty will be validated and protected. We can stamp your books to maintain your new car warranty As a Repco Authorised Service we are able to carry out new car servicing and validate your service book. Your warranty is fully protected.
Auto Electrical diagnostics and repair
	At Barossa Auto Care we can diagnose and repair auto electrical faults, repair and replace alternators and starter motors, diagnose central computer faults, rewire trailers, fit electrical accessories and perform all auto electrical repair procedures. We stock a wide range of quality batteries to suit most vehicles to get you back on the road with a minimum of inconvenience.
Exhaust Systems
	Exhaust systems are  inspected for leaks, damage and deterioration. Replacement with quality mufflers and components
Air Conditioning
	During an air conditioning service we  inspect for operating pressures, leaks, deterioration or damage to any hoses, seals or components. Drive belt tension checked. System recharged with refrigerant
Exchange engines, engine repair and cleaning.
	We handle minor and major engine repairs. We also supply and fit exchange engines. Alternatively, engines can be rebuilt where no replacement unit is available.
Brake service
	Brake Service Includes disc pad or brake shoe replacement on front or rear wheel, using quality pads. Our on car disc machining saves you money as we don't have to dismantle hubs to machine disc rotors..
Steering and suspension
	We test and inspect all steering and suspension components for wear including ball joints, idler arms and tie rod ends, steering box,  shock absorbers, control arms, bushes, CV joints and boots and McPherson struts.
Clutch maintenance and replacement
	Full clutch service including adjustment, hydraulics and clutch replacement for all makes and models.
Automatic Transmissions
	Automatic Transmission Service includes replacement of  fluid, cleaning and/or replacement of filter plus adjustments as necessary. Quality changeover units are also available competitive prices.
EFI Service and repair
	Includes full engine tune-up, fuel injectors cleaned to ensure smooth running, air intake system and fuel lines inspected, fuel filter and air cleaner checked and renewed if necessary, full grease and oil change, full safety inspection and report.
Cooling system maintenance and repair
	We pressure-test the radiator, inspect hoses for leaks, radiator cap for proper sealing, check coolant level, check water pump for leaks or wear and all drive belts for tension and condition.
Drive line and rear axle
	Fluid level in differential checked. Universal joints and centre bearing checked for free play and replaced if necessary. Rear CV joints where fitted checked for wear, boot integrity and oil/grease leakage.
Front CV joint supply and replacement
	CV joints do a great deal of work and are a major part of your vehicle's front suspension and as such must be kept in good repair. At Barossa Auto Care we can service your CV joints, replace cracked or broken dust boots or replace worn or damaged units.
Trailer repairs
	Your trailer needs regular maintenance just as much as your car. Wheel bearings need checking for adjustment and wear and must be cleaned and packed with grease on a regular basis. Tyres, springs and bushes as well as wiring, plugs and lights must be checked regularly. If fitted brakes need to be maintained to ensure that they are kept in working order.
Boat and Outboard / Inboard repairs and maintenance
	Regular maintenance on your pride and joy is an absolute must. Salt water and sand are both corrosive and extremely hard on all metal surfaces and exposed systems such as bearings, wiring springs and lights. Engine service is critical to detect imminent problems such as water entering drives and gearboxes as well as potential problems that could see you stranded on the water.
